Plant Care & Nursery Assistant
Full-TimeDaily watering, pruning, health checks, propagation assistance, and maintaining nursery organization.
Packing & Quality Control Staff
Part-TimePrepare plants for shipment (drying, wrapping), inspect health before dispatch, and ensure packaging standards.
Operations & Support Assistant
Full-TimeInventory checking, daily operations assistance, documentation support, and basic reporting.
Who We're Looking For
- Residing in or willing to work onsite in Benguet
- Physically fit for hands-on plant work
- Willing to learn (plant experience is a plus)
- Honest, detail-oriented, and reliable
